Using our proven Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) method, we provide a transparent price that is consistent with the current market. Agencies issue task orders against a pre-negotiated unit-price structure — eliminating the need for a separate solicitation on every scope, while keeping pricing accountable and competitive.

  1. Scoping & Estimating

    Site walk, scope definition, and transparent task-order pricing built from the unit-price book.

  2. Preconstruction

    Schedule, submittals, permits, safety plan, and subcontractor lineup — including HUB/MWBE engagement.

  3. Mobilization

    Site logistics, tenant coordination for occupied facilities, and rapid crew deployment.

  4. Execution & QA/QC

    Self-performed and subcontracted work managed against documented quality and safety standards.

  5. Closeout & Warranty

    Commissioning, punch, turnover documentation, and warranty-period responsiveness.
