Rymar Construction, Inc. is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction company specializing in contracts for large facility owners — including the Federal Government, State Agencies, colleges and universities, K–12 schools, cities, and other municipalities.
Our work centers on three commitments to every client we serve: quality construction, competitive pricing, and efficient delivery on every project. We pair seasoned project managers with a deep bench of qualified subcontractors to move task orders from kickoff to closeout without losing momentum.
From new ground-up construction to maintenance, energy upgrades, and renovations, every project Rymar delivers is held to the same standard — built to specification, on schedule, and in full alignment with the regulatory and compliance environment our public-sector clients operate in.
We hold awarded cooperative purchasing contracts with the 791, TexBuy, and TIPS purchasing cooperatives, giving member entities a pre-competed, compliant path to put us to work without issuing a separate solicitation.
We also actively engage HUB, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses across our project teams, helping our partners meet participation goals while strengthening the communities in which we build.
